Biography
Seppe Roosen (since 1999) is a Belgian composer and sound engineer with a passion for music and film. He studied Sound Production in Genk and Sound Design at the RITCS in Brussels, initially training under composer-conductor K. Houben, where he developed a strong passion for film, sound, and music. He has since dedicated himself to creating music and sound design for film, television, and concert performances.
He has contributed to projects such as the original soundtrack for Echoes Beneath the Hill and productions like De Twaalf 2 and Ne Mobliez Mie. In addition to his work in media, he composes concert pieces, including his String Quartet N°1. Currently, he is working on his first symphony, scheduled for release in 2030.
Member of the Belgian Screen Composers Guild, a composer for Golden River Music, and a lecturer in Sound Design and Music History in Brussels.
